Once GDPR comes into force, privacy policies throughout Europe will be under scrutiny. From 25 May, if you’re asking someone to give up their personal information, you’ll need to be ‘transparent’. That means making sure your policy is crystal clear about what you’re asking for, why you need it, and what you’re going to do with it. So how do you that?
