What we’ve achieved

We helped Whitbread explain automatic enrolment to 40,000 employees. A thousand people joined the scheme before a single person was enrolled – a 17-fold increase on the usual rate. We’ve since written a new Code of Conduct for Whitbread based around their values, created all the material Whitbread needed to launch a new expenses policy, and helped the business communicate a potentially controversial change from weekly to monthly pay.

We helped the internal comms team at Virgin Media launch an online community to help leaders and managers tap into communication expertise from across the business.

We helped Lloyds Bank motivate and encourage 35,000 people through a major operational change. We ran a one-day event based around fantastic communication from outside the business world, designed to inspire people about what was possible. Participants gave us an average score of 92%.
