Cath’s diverse experience helps her approach tricky topics in a relatable way. She mines her varied background, which includes working in a pension fund, content marketing for financial services, and a career in teaching, to help bring pensions to life.
During her time at Nestlé, Cath coaxed legal and technical advisers to talk to members in a language they can understand. She introduced better segmentation so members were matched with comms that suited their needs. She designed online forms, saving trees and members a trip to the post office. As a result, thousands of members became better informed and better off.
