As well as being a seasoned writer, Dom is an experienced trainer, public speaker and speech writer.
Dom joined Quietroom in 2022, after 11 years at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), where he devised strategies to help financial markets, businesses and individuals speak to each other in a language everyone can understand.
Dom spearheaded the FCA's approach to communicating operational resilience, helping the UK’s biggest financial firms to resist, recover and adapt to disruptions. He also created a new comms role that became vital to the functioning of the Technology, Resilience and Cyber Department.
