Assistant to the Account Management Team
What do you do?
As the intern here at Quietroom, I help to manage the day to day running of the office. Sometimes I also get to write copy for clients, with the help of writers in the office.
Why do you do it?
I do it because it’s a fantastic learning experience for a budding writer and it’s with a lovely team. Oh and it’s good fun!
Which projects have you worked on?
I’ve had the chance to work on some really cool things here. I’ve made a glossary of cardiac terminology for a project with HCA, written a couple of newsletters for Which?, helped manage a project for Young Money, where we wrote a few blog posts to help young people learn about pensions, and worked in a team to develop a strategy for the company. I’ve also helped plan and arrange the office Christmas party which was more of a mammoth task (and absolute joy) than I thought it’d be.
Which project are you most proud of?
The cardiac glossary for HCA. Apparently even the doctors asked for a copy because it was so helpful!
What do you do when you’re not at work?
Watch sitcoms, paint, bake, browse the shelves of Hobbycraft, go to museums and try new food. Oh, and pet as many dogs as possible.
Which Hogwarts house are you in?
