Julia carries a lot of clout. She’s spent more than 15 years leading on communication in financial services. She’s an authoritative voice on industry panels and podcasts. And she’s launched innovative new products to make communications a breeze for schemes of all sizes.

Since joining Quietroom in 2017, Julia has helped some of the UK’s biggest pension schemes to engage with their members. She’s created comms strategies for several master trusts too. She helped Nest hatch its new brand story, forged and implemented new strategies for the FCA, and has helped countless DB schemes navigate complex benefit change exercises.

Julia created a communications toolkit for schemes going through buyout. Julia thought members of some pension schemes were being short-changed on communication. So she created an easier way for schemes of all sizes and budgets to give their members what they need.
