How we helped Fugro's active scheme members get more active.
The Fugro Pension Scheme had multiple channels to communicate with its members. But members had little awareness about them. So we used a member survey to identify where the scheme could improve member awareness and engagement.
Guided by the results of the survey, we wrote, designed and delivered fresh newsletters, booklets, video and face-to-face presentations.
The scheme then ran a second survey a year later. It showed that the percentage of members who:
