He joined Quietroom in 2022 following a 6-year stint at the NatWest Group. While at the bank, he helped clients and colleagues make better decisions with money. He communicated changes to DB schemes, drove up DC contributions and looked after colleague financial wellbeing globally.
Thomas has spent his career chipping away at the taboo surrounding money. He’s spoken about financial wellbeing at events for the University of Birmingham, MAPS, REBA, Talk Money and Money Advice Scotland.
